1. Bhadok’s map: points of interest
- a few crescent makes dot the Enchanted Woods, drawn in different ink and not as faded
- those mark the moon trees – centerpieces of the sacred zoog groves. Moon vine is praised highly by the people of Skai valley, having all sorts of magical properties (above being a fabled beverage)
- Moutain Hatheg-Kla is marked with
Barzai?
- the mightiest sorcerer of Dreamlands. Maybe his spellbook is still up there?
- there’s a arrow marker near mountain Lerion, saying
'Ygiroth?
- Chronicles
- Primitive demihumans, covered in fur and knowing no clothes. They practiced human sacrificed and were purged by the King Pnil of Ulthar, some millennia ago.
- Their loose bands of stick-wielders no match to the Ultharian phalanx – but even with that, the city was never taken. In their defense, the ‘ygirothians attempted to summon their gods, but summoned something far worse, deciding to flee the city and running onto the spears of the men. King Pnil ordered to seal the city with magical runes, granted to his dynasty by the Great Ones
- Secret history
- 'Ygirothians – possible dream projections of Neanderthals?
- They were genocided by the tribes of the Skai valley and then the legend was made
- The Thing in the Yellow Mask was their god – and Great Ones did not like it stirring the people away.
- There are some patterns atop the mountains, that were granting the Great Ones power when ‘ygirothians worshiped them.
2. Julia’s caravan to Celephaïs
- She and another group were planning to get to Kirin and travel down the river Oukranos to cross the Channel and, eventually, get to Celephais, ruled by the ascended dreamer-king Kuranes
- They’d visit cities of Kirin, Thran and Hlanith along the way down the Oukranos river, cross the Channel and sail to Celephaïs. Maybe that could even visit the flying city of Serannian, also ruled by Kuranes
- The largest city of the Dreamlands, situated on the western shore of the Eastern continent in the valley of Ooth-Nargai, at the mouth of the Naraxa. Celephaïs was created by Kuranes, the greatest of all recorded dreamers.
